Meet SOUL
SOUL is two brothers chasing something bigger than ourselves.
We started SOUL in Canada because we wanted to build the brand we'd actually want to wear — made for the days that are worth remembering. Clothes you put on to go do something, not to stand still in.
What we're really chasing is connection through movement. Happiness through adventure. The kind of life you get from challenging yourself, being outside, and deliberately looking for the good in it.
We're building this in public and we're building it slowly. Limited drops, made properly, in a country that gives us mountains on one side and lakes on the other. If it lasts past us and it tells someone that anything is possible, we did it right.

Returns
14 days from delivery. Straightforward, and here's exactly who pays for what.
The window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
Exchanges
There's no charge for the exchange itself. If you need a different size, we'll send it. You cover the postage to get the original back to us, and we cover the shipment going out to you within Canada. If the new size costs more, you pay the difference.
If we got it wrong
Wrong item, or a defect — we cover shipping both ways. Send us your order number, a short description, and photos if you have them.

Everything below is a summary written to be readable. It does not replace our full policies, which are the legally binding versions and are linked at the bottom of each point.
Shipping
Orders ship within 4 business days. Orders placed after noon, or on a weekend or holiday, may start processing the next business day. Rates are calculated at checkout based on where you are. We ship worldwide.
Duties and customs outside Canada
International orders may be charged duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. Those aren't collected by us and aren't included in what you pay at checkout.

Your information
We collect what we need to fulfil your order and, if you opt in, to email you about drops. We don't sell your data.
